There are some colleagues who are hard working and will sacrifice blood, sweat and tears. They are amazing.
Cons
Fake fake fake, back stabbing two faced. Middle and upper management support toxic behaviour, back stabbing and bullying. False sense of promoting equal opportunity but you will never break through the toxic boys club across the Melb Metro Team. Promise the world and never deliver. Work you til you drop, it’s nothing to work over 14 hours a day and get paid for 7.6 with no recognition. Management are quick to take credit for your hard work. They preach values but never work to them. Integrity is one of their biggest values they preach but management lie through their teeth to achieve targets. Unsafe fatigue breaches and unsafe training in HV.s and work practices. Drunken pool parties, sunny days, clink clink goes the ice by the pool when you call management. Managers with hang overs sleeping at desks. If you are the incrowd, you will prosper, if they don’t like you look out. You will do all the work. TOXIC with a capital T.
