Clear Align does not transfer employees between departments without discussion or agreement — in fact, we’ve had only two internal transfer in the past three years. We strive to ensure that every team member has a clear role, support, and direction, and we regret if this did not match your experience. And certainly as a small company we are not perfect.
Regarding benefits, we use external market analysis and benchmark annually against companies like L3Harris, Lockheed Martin, and other regional employers. As a result, our benefits and compensation packages are designed to be competitive, and we typically pay 6% above market rates for comparable roles. We recognize that benefits expectations can differ, and we continue to evolve our offerings based on employee feedback. We recently doubled our 401K match.
Clear Align has zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate conduct of any kind. Allegations of this nature are taken extremely seriously, and we encourage any employee with concerns to report them directly and confidentially so they can be investigated thoroughly. Maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment is a top priority for us.
