Company initially had clear direction and structure. Early management provided a sense of purpose and goals.
Cons
Work environment and culture has declined over the past year with interim leadership who lacks direction, has limited knowledge of managed care, patterns of unfair treatment, manipulation, discrimination and poor communication with employees. The ultimate outcome appears to be letting employee go and outsourcing operations driven primarily by self-interest (greed) not even thinking about the members.
