Company truly cares for their employees.

None that I have found so far.

New leadership seems intelligent, and smart. My leader is amazing and makes me better. Prospects are good.

Old leadership kept burning us all out with years of vanity projects and direction shifts that made no sense. Leaving company now with a mountain of tech debt to climb, customer dissatisfaction, and necessitating unfortunate and demoralizing "restructuring" yes layoffs. I hope we've turned that corner. Benefits are sub-par, and getting worse. Leadership still seems misaligned at times.
