I worked at this company for a year as a rep in NYC suburban area. My co-workers and managers were fantastic and I loved my time at CC.

At the time, it had some disorganization and the production process as heavily delayed.

ClearCorrect has a genuinely strong foundation, especially within the marketing team. Their internal workflows and processes are well-structured, efficient, and make it easy to collaborate cross-functionally. The majority of coworkers were truly wonderful — talented, supportive, and committed to creating great work. Day-to-day collaboration was a highlight, and the team dynamic overall was one of the company’s biggest strengths.

On the other hand, a few individuals in upper leadership created challenges that affected the overall experience. Their approach often introduced unnecessary stress and made it difficult to do your best work. While this wasn’t reflective of the broader team, the influence from the top definitely shaped the environment in ways that were draining. With stronger alignment and healthier leadership at the top, ClearCorrect could be an exceptional place to grow.
