Pros
There were always plenty of snacks in the office. That's about it for pros.
Cons
Regular mass layoffs. Inconsistent work culture and clear favoritism, meaning one half of the office got to go as far as napping at work. The other half, though told there was unlimited PTO and flex hours would get in trouble for taking time off to see family or utilize these "flex hours". Worse yet, they don't discuss this with you and instead just threaten to fire you. Then they take 2 hour lunches with their favorite team members after threatening to fire you. Team leads are wildly unprofessional. One told a team member that another team member must have a learning disorder when the real issue at hand was that that manager didn't ever communicate time lines or offer guidelines for roles at all.
