Great technology, unenlightened management - S/W Engineer ClearSky Data Employee Review

Top-class engineering org. Everyone truly care about customers and their data. Good balance of releasing new features vs. operational improvements.

Unable to find market fit. Funding is limited and no guarantee of continuity. Also, operationally challenging to setup new accounts.

Great team and fun place to work. I've been at ClearSky for 4+ years and would recommend and encourage anyone to highly consider employment here. The technology is cutting edge and the work is challenging.

The company is still in it's very early stages so if I had to list any cons they would be that things change rapidly and that means priorities and responsibilities are moved around frequently. You need to be able to adapt quickly.
