Working in this field can be exhausting both mentally and emotionally. It can take a toll on the team at times but leadership does well to check in.

The only good thing about this program is making a difference in the kids live

There is no support from management, supervisors. They lie alot about everything. They keep on getting new clients knowing that they don't have enough people. They get clients and that's not the appropriate level of care of them just for the money.
