Small company mentality. The micromanaging takes a toll and the owner lacks listening skills and is difficult to get along with. Salary is not bad, but reimbursements are very slow and mired in ridiculous process that complicates things and takes time and attention away from more important things. This is not a big picture place offering a decent future. Burnout comes quickly. Expectations are unreasonable.
