The team was great! They was not a single Data Engineer that I would not want to work with again!! Great managers as well! A lot of PTO and Holidays!

Low pay and bad leadership.

Pay is decent, not phenomenal though. Coworkers are really nice.

The organization lacks the structure, processes, and operational maturity needed to support its current growth objectives. There appears to be a heavy reliance on hiring talent from competitors rather than developing internal capabilities. Employee turnover is high, and the company seems to be taking on more work than its current resources, capacity, and expertise can effectively support. As a result, execution quality and organizational stability may be at risk.
