I think this is a great place to get actual consulting experience. They have a fantastic culture and are led by a CEO who practices what he preaches.

If you are not in the consulting arm...run. They have not hacked the sales function yet, and the turnover during my time was wildly high. No consistency, no guidance, and you are at the mercy of each of the 8 practices.
