      None. Was continuously shocked by how unethical and dysfunctional things were.

      Cons

      Broken promises, crappy culture. Got laughed at suggesting we move from the buggy on prem. infrastructure to the cloud "Azure".

      Pros

      Nice office with nice amenities. The new Sales Leaders are amazing!

      Cons

      The office schedule is not "hybrid," as advertised. Some teams are allowed to be hybrid, but others are not. The head of Marketing (who is also the head of the BDR Team) plays favorites. A perfect example was when one of the other BDRs was invited to a fancy wedding. They promoted her and doubled her salary because she shared details about that wedding wth the head of Marketing.
