      - Some really great colleagues

      Cons

      - Business Model is questionable - Throughout my time here, there has always been talk of AI and the technology, but I have never seen it successfully applied. - Salaries are not paid. Some haven't been paid since December 2020, and I'm writing this now in April. I myself have only gotten paid a fraction of my salary, but still am owed from January. Absolutely unacceptable. - Future is bleak.

      Very good team member and supportive

      Cons

      No processes in place. Salary still by cheque. Management didn't tell the role and what their expectations. And when they think you not meeting their expectations they will get rid of you just like that with no communications. Overall, just very poor management.

      - Career Progression Opportunity - Guidance and help from the management whenever needed - Flexibility - Open for Discussion Really enjoy working at Cleoo, the open discussion that we always can have. We can always provide our honest suggestions and opinion. They are always there to listen and understand the needs of us, the employee.

      - The benefits can be improved as compared to my previous company.
