      - most of the individual contributors are great people - professional development stipend

      Cons

      - operates incredibly lean - wants you to have a "startup mindset" but doesn't provide "startup" benefits - false sense of urgency around everything - bends over for the customer

      Pros

      Very generous with benefits, many opportunities to grow technically and to learn more about EdTech. Excellent work-life balance outside of busy season. Busy season still allows for a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Still operating like a startup, despite no longer being out of the startup phase.
