The projects are interesting and involve modern tech stacks, which keeps the work both challenging and engaging. Hybrid work flexibility and a good work-life balance are taken seriously here. Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and learning opportunities, including access to training and certifications.

As a growing company in Portugal, some internal processes are still being refined, especially around onboarding and communication between cross-functional teams.

They value your work and your well-being even if you are working from Brazil. That is not very common, and because of that, I had an awesome experience.

Unfortunately, as mostly of the consultant companies, they might not be able to control the client when they cross the line with contractors.
