      1. Great learning environment. 2. Good when you are a fresher and seek knowledge 3. Experienced gain can be a plus point in any other company. 4. Great payscale when it comes to fresher. 5. You get opportunities every then and now.

      Cons

      1. No defined working hours. 2. No defined work culture. 3. People are forced to move to departments where they don't want to go or else resign. 4. Purely sales-focused company. The Sales person are always given priority over other job profiles.

      Pros

      Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

      Cons

      Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
