Pros

The front line teams are hard working, but severely overworked.

Cons

Job security is a concern: The company initially stated there would be no more layoffs after the first round in March of 2024, but just three months later, another round of layoffs occurred in July. Toxic executive leadership: The executive team, driven by personal connections, fosters a toxic work environment. There’s a lack of direction and support from the top, with a focus on self-interest. No US culture: The company has no meaningful culture, especially for those outside of Ireland. If you're not based there, you're essentially invisible and excluded from any sense of community or belonging. Significant downsizing: The U.S. team has been reduced significantly over the last year, contributing to a sense of instability. Focus on cost-saving over innovation: The parent company prioritizes cost reductions rather than investing in growth or innovation. Declining business: Overall business performance has been shrinking, leading to concerns about the company’s future.

Pros

Your coworkers are great people .

Cons

ClickDimensions has been on a downward spiral for a while now. Leadership is disorganized and lacks clear direction, constantly making changes that don’t make sense or benefit the company. Morale is low, especially after multiple rounds of layoffs—four in the span of a year, which speaks volumes about their instability. The software itself is subpar, with functionality issues that are far too frequent. Customers and employees alike are left frustrated because the product simply doesn’t work most of the time. Rather than addressing these core problems, leadership seems more focused on surface-level changes that ultimately drive the company further downhill. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to work unless you thrive in chaos and instability.
