Clickr Is Not Clicking - Account Executive Clickr Media Employee Review

There are little to no SOPs or processes in place for how things are meant to be done so a lot of time will be spent second guessing how you should approach a task. Regardless of whether you try your hardest or not at all, you'll eventually learn to no longer be surprised when someone is angry at you. It's especially disheartening when you are publicly condemned for your mistakes instead of being pulled aside to discuss your areas of improvement. On top of that, asking for guidance and clarifications should not result in being reprimanded when there were no clear instructions given for the task at hand. The lack of SOPs can also be applied on a bigger scale as both HR and upper management have different understandings on what the current rules / processes are. The latest rules in place should be updated in black and white (either via email or Slack) as soon as they are implemented to prevent confusion amongst the working team. As the rules are everchanging, the absence of an established system also creates a lack of trust in the management. There is also no sense of urgency from the team – while on probation, management will regularly forget to schedule both the mid-probation and final probation review sessions. The review sessions are also not conducive as they don't offer any clarity or actionable steps on how you can improve, and management takes no accountability in the role they play in your improvement. All in all, I had joined Clickr in hopes of broadening my horizons but I'm disappointed to say that I didn't learn much from the client servicing team during my tenure.
