Pros
Flat hierarchy, casual culture which makes it easy to talk to management. Most colleagues are helpful and competent, and willing to share their knowledge on their respective domain. Clients are varied across industries, which allows you to learn a lot and how to apply relevant strategies.
Cons
Used to have a great culture until people started leaving in quick succession. Management shows blatant favouritism and provides opportunities only to employees they like or are close to. Incompetent employees are kept in the company despite numerous complaints. Management would rather protect their egos than admit that they made the wrong hiring choices. Other members of the team have to pick up the slack and do extra work. Growth opportunities are basically non-existent, you'll have to wait till someone else gets promoted or leaves. Company goes through "restructures" but nothing changes.
