      Pros

      The ability to have a work life balance, flexibility, and the ability to do your work without being micromanaged. The team of people you work with is awesome, super supportive, and there is still the ability to grow relationships even though you are remote.

      Cons

      You really get to know and love who you work with and being remote you can't obviously be in the same office with them each day.

      They have the worst training staff, when help is needed, no one is there, promised salary for vacation and didn’t pay
