There is a water cooler, and a microwave. You can watch movies on the computer doing a mindless job. Easy money.
Cons
Internalized racism. Passive aggression.
They listen to the cameras. Which also have video, so there is no privacy. They tell you you’re not allowed to take breaks or lunch breaks. Do not give raises. I was brought on by a family member who stopped working here, he started at $10 for the same amount of experience that I have but started out at $9. Strung me along but never upped my pay even though I worked hard to be able to be at the regular pay like everyone else. But I was also a young black woman.
When I was pregnant, there was a girl here who would smoke her vape pen in the office and I told the managers but there was nothing done. She was also white, lol.
