      You will get to know the basics of inside sales and lead generation from scratch. If you are given a good project, there are plenty of opportunities to upgrade and improve your skill sets.

      Cons

      Appraisal and hike will take a lifetime, working shifts could be troublesome for some people depending on different projects.
