Staff are all awesome. Fun atmosphere. All levels treat each other with respect. Money is pretty good.

Really long hours during special events and extremely physical.

Have wonderful food for the guests, provide memorable experiences for both wedding guests, dinner guests, and individuals just visiting. Management is slowly getting better.

Serve the employees old food left over from weddings, which would be fine with me if it wasn't old; Do not always pay their employees for their work, asking them to "do not try and cash the check, just deposit it and the money will be in there in a couple days.." , lying to the employees stating there are no checks when they are really down stairs, etc.
