People are kind, friendly and there is a good work life balance. You can work from home and the work is relatively easy
Cons
Lack of professional management or HR department. The organisation has no direction, no vision, no clear values or principles. The HR does not exist and people are employed for short periods but never seen as potential value to the organisation. There is no team work except in certain projects.
