Cons
1. No Transparency - The management puts on a charade of being honest and communicative to the organization, but really they piecemeal, hide, cover-up and out right lie to their employees. Sounds like the Trump Administration. 2. Favourites and punching bags - The management has their favourite employees and they are golden to the organization. If your not one of the favourites of the Climax management team, then your just a Joe/Jane getting waterboarded in Abu Ghraib 3. Micromanagement - If you want your emails and calls to clients scripted or your project plans redone this is the place. The micromanagement at Climax executed by the company "leadership" makes Josef Stalin dictatorship in the Kremlin seem like a walk in the park. 4. Dilutions of Grandeur - if you want your management to stroke their egos, this is the place. The management does not respect Subject Matter Experts and think that they are experts in EVERYTHING. This makes it impossible for them to learn from experts and grow. This leads me to my next point.... 5. STAGNANT - The company literally has one client and refuses to grow. The company needs to invest in some Rogaine, because the Hydroxycut ain't working for them! 6. Attrition - Climax cannot keep talent. To make matters worse half the "talent" there can't even tie a shoelace. The company seriously needs to invest in the right people and right training not ideologies they read on the internet which immediately becomes gospel to them. 7. True Lies... - "Greatest Places to Work" I think not. HR basically said that they will fill out everyones form. I guess you need to rig the elections to get ahead. #MakeAmericaGreatAgain 8. False Promises - The company is notorious for over-promising and under-delivering both with the clients and employees. Basically, the management is exceptional at telling people what they want to hear. They are all panderers... sound a lot like politicians. 9. "Great place to hone your craft" - This is true for junior Developers and QA. Climax gives you ample room to make mistakes at the clients expense, The impact though, trickles down to the Product Owner/Project Manager. Keeping it honest and Agile! 10. Work life balance - The culture is horrible, employees are expected to always be available and respond to ludacris Slack messages all hours of the day/night. Climax works you like a dog. You're lucky if you make it out without a mental breakdown or shingles. 11. CEO's "R" US - the CEO/Partner is oh so very lost! He's out of his depth. Stick to fitness, fashion a weed companies not tech.
