Pros
Extremely warm work environment with intelligent staff and a shared common mission. Beautiful office and a constant push towards process and service improvement that makes it easy to feel motivated. Good communication among all levels of staff. The business has great potential for growth, and offers challenging but rewarding opportunities.
Cons
Has some start up quirks such as unpolished strategies that are under regular renewal and a lot of “figure it out” moments and shared roles. Requires regular collaboration with a large network of vendors who may or may not be very in tune with the business priorities, which leads to some extra work.
