Pros
They throw a ton of work at you. it really helps you to learn a lot about the many agreements that are apart of this entertainment industry.
Cons
Because you are thrown a lot of work- it can be overwhelming if you are not up for the challenge. But this was not a con for me. It is something for other people to think about though.
