Unfair hiring process with little respect for candidates' time - Anonymous employee Clipboard Employee Review

I cannot recommend this hiring process. Candidates are expected to invest a significant amount of unpaid time completing a detailed case study and progressing through multiple interview stages before receiving a decision. I spent many hours preparing and completing the required assessments, only to receive a generic rejection at the end of the process. It felt like there was very little respect for the time and effort candidates were expected to invest.
