Interview Process - Applicant Clipboard Employee Review

Was asked by a no reply email to do an assessment after my initial application the previous night. No name or face to the company. I spent about 2.5 hours on the assessment where I was given 7 days to complete it. It took them over a week to send back a generic rejection email without any feedback, response, anything regarding the decision.
