Pros
It is the best work culture! The benefit of a small team that really backs each other is hard to beat. Cliqer offers a lot of great employee benefits: A free half day every month Flexible work hours Remote work (on a weekly basis / when specifically requested) Personal development Weekly catch-ups with the immediate manager Paid gym membership Quarterly events - which the team plans/suggests together I feel very emotionally involved, there is no micromanaging, and I am accountable for my own tasks. I love that I get to take initiative and own my projects.
Cons
It's a startup, so the salary isn't great. It's a bit below average - but I have been getting a raise as I go along and invest more time. However, I would want to reach a higher level. There is a heavy focus on iGaming, and I personally don't have any associations with that - so a lot of the content I create isn't what I am personally interested in.
