Many companies say that they care about their staff but people at Clock genuinely do. It's a friendly place that offers support to staff when they're going through difficult times in life and encourages everyone to respect each others ideas and principles.
We work on varied projects and our opinions are valued and listened to.
It's an exciting and challenging place to work. As a result of the great environment we have to work in, there's quite a lot expected of us. But that's fair and a challenge that we are up for.
Cons
The office isn't the easiest to get to unless you're driving. Saying that, there's a reasonable amount of parking available even if we have to block each other in sometimes.
Clock was the first company I worked for. I couldn't have imagined a better, more supportive place to kick-start my career.
- Get to work on challenging products for some seriously amazing clients!
- The company takes tech seriously; it's a great place to hone in on and develop new skills
- An inspiring management team that genuinely cares about career development
- Fantastic work life balance + excellent perks
- A real social and family feel to the place
- Wonderful, scenic 'Old School House' building (I'll take that over working in an office any day)
Overall, a well-ran product design and development agency. I have a lot to owe these guys!
Cons
It's really hard to think of something I'd change.
