Best Western's are your first choice for a hotel stay. The food wasn't always "fresh" and the water park had cockroaches. Mold in rooms. Total lack of professionalism on management's end.

The only pros would probably your coworkers. When I worked there I got along with all of the other front desk workers.

The resort is disgusting, complaints of bed bugs every morning the night before. The mattresses have holes in them destroyed guests backs. I worked night audit and the fire department had to come due to a gas leak in the waterpark, which resulted in it being shut down for a couple weeks. Once I was left as the only worker there overnight, no security, no cleaners, no managers, nothing. A robbery of a car happened that night. At last but not least, I did not get paid by the establishment until I had been working there for over a month.
