I have been working as a senior software development engineer for over 12 years and 3 years with the company, and I would like to share my experience with this company. It has been an incredible journey filled with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. Compared to my other work experiences I learn a lot and faster in Cloud Assert. Sometimes it is intense and you will need to interact with the customers directly even within a month of joining. It is a good experience overall, a bit of a challenge initially until I gained my confidence. There is a very friendly atmosphere here, it's hard to describe that until you experience it, may be its the essence of Coimbatore, but people are sometimes too nice to each other, in a positive way. I didn't expect to be able to make so many friends and strong relationships when I first moved here. One other difference I noticed is, how accessible everyone in the leadership team is. Without hierarchy anyone can talk to anyone in the organization including the top. Many times such interactions boosts my interests and being able to brainstorm ideas with such people is very a rewarding experience. Overall, my journey as a software development engineer with this company has been immensely rewarding. Cons
I hear that there used to be lot more fun events happen before COVID, I feel that its not happening that frequently now, it will be nice to have some planned breaks in-between, so the team can reenergize. There is also an idea of developers to automate tests so releases move faster, may be investing in more QA team is needed to leverage a different perspective.
