• Awful internal communication (endless, confusing email threads and slack conversations)
• No career upper mobility (you stay what you are)
• Struggles with profitability (no raises)
• Poor employee follow-ups (they have no idea of what you do and how you do it)
• Reliance on hourly-contract (they don't use value based pricing hence problems with profitability)
• Introvert hell (if you're introverted and don't enjoy to socialise, you'll be frozen out)
