I can list as many , no mental peace , worst management, ceo and Andy nallapan who joined recently brought many changes , making the work environment worse . They outsourced full time employees to contractors . For freshers atleast I can say it's a big NO . No value to employees. Everyone in the company are at pressure .more layoffs , frequent changes in the company . They are going to acquire another company soon and expect layoffs .no promotions and no proper hikes .
