Esports is just not what it was 5-6 years ago. If you love video games it will be fun, but pay is low and layoffs have taken the best people. VERY very top-down management, you will be micromanaged and won't have much say in any project decisions. Some projects are contingent on winning, so many do not see the light of day. Not much demand of the product so work has scaled down.
