Good benefits. ie medical cover, health spending account, they give lunch, throw parties and great opportunities for hanging out with colleagues. Mostly the culture is good. Laid back office environment
Cons
You either need to worship your bosses or have an exceptional relationship with them. This is a place that values people with an accent and those who have an education background either in the US or EU. Pay disparity. You get paid how you speak or look it's never about what you deliver. Crazy workload and meeting hours especially with client call. Crazy expectations in delivering work with an unskilled data annotation teams
