Pros

1. The company provides chances for career development and promotion, recognizing employees' hard work. 2. Employees get the opportunity to travel abroad for client projects, speaking sessions, and business trips. 3. Hard work is consistently appreciated, which motivates employees to improve and advance in their careers. 4. Opinions are heard, respected, and applied in the process. 5. Employees working on projects are responsible for tasks from pre-sales to delivery, training them in both soft skills and technical skills. 6. The company operates with strict rules and processes, protecting employees and projects.

Cons

1. As the company currently focuses only on specific technologies, project availability becomes limited, and if there are no projects, employees' billability is questioned. 2. As you move to higher positions, stress levels increase because you will be responsible for many roles, which can improve your stress management ability in the future. 3. Expectations are very high, which can lead to better performance but also frustration. 4. The strict hybrid work-from-office policy might be inconvenient for those not based in Mumbai. 5. If there are no projects, billability is always a question. Non-billable work, which helps in sales, is not considered during appraisals (which is correct for business but not for employees putting effort into improving internal systems and sales).
