Difficult to think of one, but they try to give a nice Christmas Party
Cons
Office is packed in too small of space, lots of yelling over the desks, unreasonable expectations, and leadership is not realistic or honest.
CloudHesive Response
5y
This is a disgruntled ex-employee. Anyone that has been here for 3-4 years is still with the company. The Cons are also not true statements because we have a large office in Florida and Buenos Aires, Argentina, have an extended vacation policy, and empower our team to manage their own work/life balance.
Microsoft Laptop
Cool office layout although often empty
Cons
Heavy reliance on AWS - if you don't have an office local, you'll never hear from the AWS reps.
Weekly 1:1's with the VP are usually dull with dead air and not much advice besides "how are the AWS relations going"
BDR teams are atrocious - 0 meetings set in a 6-month span from the BDR end.
Communication with the VP was horrible often going days or weeks without a response on slack/teams. Especially if it wasn't opportunity related
Commission structure is rough - no pay until the CLIENT pays which often takes months assuming they do pay and don't end up in collections
No Personal Improvement Plan or heads up was given when there was concern about pipeline growth. Teams call was done off camera, no severance provided. Extremely disrespectful and unfortunately shows the true culture of a company in brutal economic times to leave an employee hung out to dry.
