Pros
I cannot think of any pros to working here.
Cons
- Low pay: I made about 25k under industry standard - Unclear expectations set by management: They lack actionable, metrics-driven expectations setting processes. When you ask for clarity, leadership provides ambiguous answers - Lack of opportunity for growth: They lack structure for you to know what the next career step is, as well as offering no training opportunities for you to get there internally or externally - Lack of processes: This wouldn't be a problem, but I stepped in to support in establishing and implementing processes and received no support from leadership - Micromanaging Leadership: As a project manager, I set 30 min at the beginning and end of day for "Focus Time". I was told by C-suite that I was engaging in misconduct and stealing from the company by having time blocked on my calendar. They only allowed lunch hours to be blocked for some staff, as well - In office full time, only for some staff: I relocated from FL to GA for this position but they hired or allowed others to work from all over, including folks who held the same position as I did
