If you ever wondered what happens when leadership confuses authority with attitude — welcome to this company. The CEO, with zero understanding of how an actual company functions, believes yelling and dropping F-bombs is part of corporate culture. Bonus points if you’re a UI Developer — you might also get to do the Graphic Designer’s job and make coffee. The CTO operates like an old-school class teacher — shouting across the floor, policing the team, and enforcing 12-hour workdays while rejecting leave requests without a second thought. Work-life balance? Non-existent. There’s also a manager who believes dad jokes are a management skill, proudly delivering them with a straight face (and possibly a personality test waiting to happen). The company policies are equally creative: No POSH Act, so “18+ vocabulary” is freely used on the floor. Only 2 leaves per month, and forget about carry-forward. If you’re looking for a case study on toxic culture and misplaced leadership — this place is a goldmine.

An excellent marketing team that has no other work than to add a lot of fake 5 star reviews every now and then to fool people and keep the rating high. PLESE DONT BELEIVE THAT CRAP

CEO who used 10 Fwords in a single sentence but keeps all sorts of pooja rituals every now and then, whts the point seriously🤣🤣 CTO who doesn't have a drop of goodness in him , he literally makes the employees work 24hrs by saying 'I don't care if you sleep today or not or go home I want it done by today " but he will leave at 4 sharp . We should definitely file a case against such cruelty. And the COO who is too petty to spend even a penny for the wellness of the employees. And their EA, treated like a slave, takes it out on everyone else like it’s a chain reaction of misery. Employees have one common dream — to quit. Honestly, that’s the only team spirit this place has. 💯💯 Please. Never. Join. ❌❌
