Very engaged management, stellar team to work with, excellent technology, hot market

The management team from mid 2010's was unfocused, reactive, and did not understand the SaaS model, but the current team has been laser-focused on fixing that and the results are coming to fruition

This review is long overdue. In my 20+ years of working for various company's on both, the East and West Coast, CloudPassage is by far the best company I have worked for. Let me tell you why. There are smart, and I mean smart people that teach me something new everyday. I go home laughing at the end of a day from something funny that someone said or did. The people at CloudPassage are simply awesome, and we all work together as One Team! CloudPassage has awesome perks for its employees, and I am empowered every day to take on new challenges and are rewarded for doing great work. The Senior Management Team is incredibly fair, smart, experienced, and fun to work with. That team was one of the biggest reasons why I took this job. I really do wake up each morning and feel grateful to work for such an amazing company! Thank you, CloudPassage, you rock!

Some people may think that a growing and changing company is a bad thing, but I think quite the opposite. I believe that a growing, changing and evolving company is a good thing, it means we're keeping up with the competition and staying current, not stagnant.
