      Pros

      Laser focus on products to drive company growth with some exceptional co-workers that support the effort. Comp plan is fantastic with good benefits, stock options, etc. Co-Workers are often life savers who go out of their way to ensure the company success.

      Cons

      Company has growing pains as it moves into larger markets. Tough to stay focused at times due to all the moving parts, but with a modicum of planning/commitment you'll be successful
