Pros
Clodera cares about the quality and character of the individual. The interview process was lengthy (about 5 interviews and countless calls) but this is a testament of their professionalism and the corporate culture they want to build. I see a transition from an unstructured hap hazard start up to a focused organization that is ready to overtake the hadoop/big data space. It is truly an exciting time to be at this company and feel that I made the right decision to come here. I read the negative reviews and I would take it with a grain of salt as many of these folks have probably been here TOO LONG and don't want to see change.
Cons
No 401K match. Structure and processes are still being developed. Marketing message definitely needs to be defined and refined. We have a great solution but no one seems to know how great outside the ecosystem.
