Pros

CloudForce offers an excellent work environment with a collaborative team that genuinely supports each other. The leadership is approachable and values employee input, which creates a culture where ideas are heard and innovation is encouraged. The company provides meaningful work with real impact for clients, particularly in the cloud solutions space. There's strong emphasis on professional development, and I've had opportunities to expand my skill set and take on new challenges. The projects are interesting and varied, which keeps the work engaging. You're not just another number here...Management knows your name and recognizes your contributions. Salaries are competitive, and the company invests in the tools and resources needed to do the job well.

Cons

The Pros far outweigh the Cons, but some minor cons: PTO and maternity leave policies are not great

Pros

Fantastic company culture! Everyone is nice and helpful, and I appreciate the focus my supervisors have had on my own personal growth in my career. The environment is super laid back! Walking around and chatting casually with cool people is one of my favorite parts of my day. Fridays are a big highlight of the week, with everyone getting together at lunchtime to eat free food and hang out. Love it! The office space is also phenomenal, and easily the nicest I've seen in my career. Standing desks, huge monitors on articulating arms, and there's cold brew and beer on tap. No issues with parking as the office is built right onto the side of the garage. There are plenty of good (if somewhat pricey) restaurants around in the national harbor for lunches with coworkers. I'm hybrid, but if I lived closer I would probably come in every day!

Cons

This is pretty minor and mostly a personal thing, but they're a bit strict with branding and social media. You'll be required to change your LinkedIn profile to be in line with their branding. I don't use it much in the first place, though, so it hasn't affected me too much. The company has grown pretty fast, so the hot desk situation can get a bit perilous if you find yourself having forgotten to reserve a desk while already on your commute. This should be remedied when they complete the expansion to another floor.
