Exposure to diverse cloud and DevOps tools (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) with real-world projects. Supportive team culture — seniors are approachable and willing to mentor. Opportunities to work directly on client projects, which builds both technical and communication skills. Flexible and collaborative work environment with focus on continuous learning. Management is open to new ideas and encourages skill development through certifications.

Processes can be more streamlined for faster project onboarding. Workload can sometimes spike during client deliverables, requiring better resource planning.
