Very engineering-focussed company, lots of great technical challenges. Management respectful of work-life balance (rare to be working outside of the normal boundaries) and have been very flexible around the childcare challenges of COVID-19. Company tech is diversified around 3+ main areas each of which are thriving so optimistic for the future of the company. Pay measured against industry benchmarks, and very good benefits package. A "cloud" company from the start, so very comfortable with working from home, although still prefers that people spend at least some time in the office (at least it will when the COVID-19 situation improves). Social events often took place informally (easy when the office is in a city centre location!) and management have tried hard to keep social contact up during the COVID-19 work-from-home order, with regular online social events coupled with treats packages for employees. In the past the company has been slow attracting new business, but over the last year or two senior management have recruited several new roles in marketing and sales development - this increased focus seems to be succeeding, with new business coming in regularly now and turning into long-term customers. Would definitely recommend working here, I've been here for 10+ years and it's the best job I've ever had!

Nothing comes to mind, any weak points I may have been concerned about in previous years have been addressed by senior management.
