Probably this is what so interesting about Cloudvara. Problem Description: Its small company with 15 employees right now, so be sure you should not expect too much out of the company. However, Its great start up to grow with company. Overall Market Description: Most of Cloudvara customers are based in US & Canada. We have to deal with CPA, Professional Accountant, and Knowledgeable IT staff so it’s not tough to interact with them. Products/Services: this technology is “world beaters” and highly innovative. It also “revolutionary” in cloud computing and making things easier for businesses. People spend a lot of time travelling in order to access there data however this technology save not only time, speed what makes business more productive. Competition: there are not many competitors except few like Right Networks, Navalaspects, harbour cloud etc. US visit for training is also a key factor here which gives to learn the industry in best possible way.

Marketing Strategy/Tactics: I think since this company is new, they are depend on mouth to mouth marketing. Company must have alternative however Team management is working on it.
