      - Tons of snacks - Super friendly people (seriously everyone is so nice) - Family-oriented - Good work/life balance - Great benefits - Competitive pay

      Cons

      - Not dog-friendly - Too laid-back (sometimes feels like there are a lot of lazy people) - People are a bit spoiled

      Hi, We appreciate your points and agree on the dogs but some dogs would eat all those snacks. We'd be interested in more suggestions on how to be laid back but not too laid back cause lazy for sure doesn't work in our world.       Management seems to be lost, lots of managers and directors at this company that have no idea what leadership is or how to bring people together as a team.
