- Lot's of challenging design problems - Still a good bunch of people to work with (whomever is left) - New York office is nice and in a good location
Cons
- Leadership uncertainty - Revenue targets that are ridiculous and thus influence poor product decisions that aren't necessarily beneficial to our customers. - Rigid return to office requirements. - Lack of flexibility and autonomy - I feel like an order-taker. Everything is very transactional - Overall bad vibes. Morale is low
